The Manifattura: 'Also known as the heart of De Pastafabriek'. Here you can see how a cook prepares the pasta dough, pizza dough and dolci every single day. All of our doughs, dolci, sauces, dressing and pestos consist the best ingredients.
How does it work?
You order your pasta, pizza, antipasti or salad at one of our chefs in the middle of the restaurant. The chefs prepare all the dishes directly in front of you. Do you have special dietary needs? No problem, our chefs will make your dish as you want it to be. Throughout the restaurant there are fresh herbs waiting for you on the tables. They are not just for decoration, they are there to provide the special flavors in you dish.

We are working together with suppliers from the area which ensures that we know exactly what to buy and where it comes from. So we can make sure that everything arrives fresh every day and can be prepared as soon as possible.
